Of course when I took a picture of him
jumping part of Coyote Run Trail, it came
out great.

Frank has great knees, they help talk him
down all the roughest trails, and smack
photographers they don't like.

This little section of rock face is at
the bottom of the Lynx trail. Frank just
wanted to show off.

Just after the rock face, is a short little
climb on the main trail. Frank makes it look
easy... sort of.

Ah, we got to the top of Cholla, actually
Frank waits for me to get there. This
picture was taken by John (?).

Coyote Run is a sweet rolling singetrack
that runs parallel to the main trail.

Rock-It is one of the more technical
downhill sections of Aliso Wood Park.
Lots of rocks to say the least.

OK, here comes Frank. I took this series
of photos laying down in the middle of
trail, with all the rocks in my back.

Boy, Frank! That was close. Next time could
get just a little closer to the camera. Was
that your knee talking?

Rock-It is only 2 Km long, but it is so rough
that it feels longer sometime. Yes, your hands
hurt at the end of it. Oh, here comes Frank!

The descent of Rock-It drops 176 meters
which makes the average grade about 12%
I would say the steepest section is 20%

Frank has a pretty bike, the Specialized FSR
with wide bars and fat 2.3 tires is a great
bike for Aliso Wood Park.
